which is the best graphic card for playing gta 4 at the lowest price?

my configuration:-
itel core i3 530(2.93ghz)
2 gb ddr 3 ram
nvidia 9400gt 1gb graphics

Hello and welcome to the forums
If your budget allows,consider GTS 250/HD 5750;otherwise, have a look at HD 5670(anything lower than that isn't recommended for a good gaming performance)

ATI 5850 or atleast 5830 or 5770 . Even 5770 may bring a little Lags ( not sure about it ) but lowers option is not recommended ! But away u need Quad Core for GTA iv but whereas i3 has Hyperthreading it can handle GTA iV . ATI 5850 is best For GTA IV . Oh u can buy 6870 , its better , faster & cheaper than 5850 . another cheaper option will be 6850 . these too will be cheap & will fully Provide u

But if he get Lower he will get LAGS , ok here is the thing that i have seen with my eyes , GOOD SYSTEM with ATI 4850 which could RUN Crysis so smoothly MAXEDout at 1440 REZ . I suggested them for Hi REZ & long TIME . but he can go for 5670 5750 or 4870

Forget about GTA IV, it is the most poorly optimized game ever released.If you have a small monitor (18.5" or less), just overclock that GPU and you would be able to run most games on medium settings.Or if you really want an upgrade, get a GT 240 or HD 5670 for around 5000-6000 rupees.
