I'm about to order the components for my build, but I was unsure on which chassis to choose. I am undecided between these two:

Antec Three Hundred Illusion
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129066

Cooler Master Elite 430
http://www.coolermaster.com/product.php?product_id=6654

It's worth noting I'm using this motherboard: Asus M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 and a Sapphire Radeon 6850 Toxic Editionn

I'm wondering if it's just personal preference or if either case is superior.

Thanks in advance.

Antec 300 Illusion.

*Better cable management
*More fan spaces
*Looks better

Both are compatible as they are ATX, if that is what you are asking.

The Antec 300 is a great case with a simple design. I had one for a year before I upgraded to a full tower, and I loved it. I installed 2 hard drive fans (which the Illusion comes with and saves you on the cost of a fan) and a side fan and consistently got maximum temps in the low 50s under full load with 2 GTX 460s.

That said, the CM Elite 430 doesn't look like a bad case, but I would take the Antec any day.

That's basically the best way to sum up the differences between the two. I do get disappointed with Antec's disregard for cable management in their higher-end cases.
