LED error 98?

After me and my dad set up my front panel devices, (e.g. HDD light, Power switch, power light, etc) I tried to boot up and I get this LED code that says 98. It sits like that for a few minutes, and then goes to a few more codes and then hits code A3, then it boots up. What do these mean? It didn't do this before we set these things up. This is what my manual tells me: 0x98 - console input devices connect, 0xA3 - IDE enable

Do you have any front USB devices(card readers ect?). Maybe there is a delay from extra devices starting up. Some boards also take longer to boot if they have been disconnected from power.

figured it out. My board is a ASRock Extreme3 Gen3, and when you use the middle USB port, it has issues posting. I pulled it out and it boots fine now. But thanks for the reply!
