Hi.....................

I want to upgrade my motherboard. Currently I have an Intel D945GCNL motherboard. :heink:

The processor is Intel Core 2 duo E6400 (2.13Ghz).

Currently I,m looking for the Asus G41 series motherboard which I can easily find from a local store at low cost.

Simply I want to know whether the Asus G41TM LX is better than Intel D945GCNL.................

And whether it can handle my current Graphic Card Sapphire Radeon HD 5450. ........................ :D

Solution
Yes. The g41 is a newer chipset, but don't expect any better performance unless you overclock the cpu. Be sure your power supply is decent if you want to overclock. Otherwise, you'll have random reboots and other issues. That graphics card should work with at least a 400w respectable ps, such as antec, corsair, or ocz. Cheaper brands like powman may not work.
