Overview of my first build

Hi everyone
Im going to build my first computer and i was wondering if i might encounter any bottle necks or anyone would sugest any changes to what i have chossen.

CPU- AMD Athlon II X4 640 3.0ghz

Motherboard- MSI 785GM-P45

RAM- 4gb avexir DDR3-1333

Graphics Card- Palit 768mb Nvidia GeForce GTX 460

HDD- 500gb SAmsung HD501HJ SATA2

optical driv- Samsung SH-s223C/BebF Dvd Burner sata 2

OS- Windows 7 ultimate and Vista Ultimate dual boot

i still havent decided on a case and psu- could anyone please suggest these but they have to be under a total of $70 for both.

You should buy a good quality $60 PSU for that build because it's a decent one, I suggest 550w? I can't see any problems with this setup except I think you should get a better brand of RAM but keep the 1333MHz! Perhaps OCZ, Corsair, maybe Kingston.

just want to say for RAM never use OCZ they have high failure rates get g skill corsair kingston mushkin geil or patriot instead

forgot crucial that is another good brand my fav is g skill though
