Laptop Running Autocad 2011
Hi everyone!! my old laptop just died and I wanted to buy a laptop that could run autocad 2011. I tried looking for it but the requirements dont mention the new processors, i3, etc. so i dont know which one to pick. My budget is around $1000. What are the suggestions?
A friend suggested this one:
-intel Core i5-560M Processor (2.66GHz,Turbo Boost 3.33Ghz, Dual Core/4 Threads, 3MB L3 cache)
-4GB Shared Dual Channel DDR3 at 1066MHZ, 2 DIMM
-500GB 7200RPM SATA Hard Driv
-17.3 inch High Definition LED Display (1600 x 900) with Anti-Glare
-Nvidia® Geforce™ GT 330M, 1GB Graphics
The requirements say:
Intel® Pentium® 4 or AMD Athlon™ dual core, 3.0 GHz (or higher) with SSE2 technology for Microsoft Windows 7 32-bit or Microsoft Windows Vista 32-bit (SP2 or later). Intel Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon dual core, 1.6 GHz (or higher) with SSE2 technology for Microsoft Windows XP (SP2 or later)
Will it run well because of the turbo boost?
