New Build Won't Boot

New build. First time builder. Specs:

GIGABYTE GA-Z68XP-UD3 Motherboard
i5-2500K
G. Skill Ripsaw Xseries Memory 2x4GB
XIGMATEK GAIA 1283 CPU Cooler

Intel 320 Series SDD 80GB
SAPPHIRE 100315L Radeon HD 6850
Antec nine Hundred Case
Antec Hi Current Game PS 750W
SAMSUNG 1TB SATA Hard drive
LITE-ON DVD Burner

It powers up. But no bios, no beep. The fans come on, including the CPU cooler fan. There's a set of "Phase LEDs" on the motherboard that light up and then go off after a few seconds (which I believe is normal). I've disconnected all the drives and removed the video card. Looks so pretty, but right now it's a big paper weight. Other than pulling the motherboard and ordering another one, I have no idea what to do.

Any suggestions would be welcome.
