i hav pc with win xp but my pc's front panel is not working its back panel is working properly tell me whre is the problam

Sounds like the front panel wiring is not connected.

You will need the manual for your motherboard. They are generally online at the manufacturer's website. If you do not know what the brand and model the motherboard is, download and install a utility called CPUD.

After you have installed the program, click on the "Mainboard" tab to see the motherboard data.
