Hi,
Greetings from India..!!
I have got following components this weekend.
AMD Phenom II X2 555BE
MSI 880GMA-E45
I already had Corsair XMS3 2*2GB DDR3 1600MHz RAM.
When i assembled and started this setup i got a short beep on startup. On googling i found that its DRAM Refresh Failure and it have got something to do with some frequency sync between RAM and Proccy.
It sounds i may require to set some manual values for my RAM in BIOS. I tried to understand BIOS but I m not expert in this stuff, hence i could not.
These same RAM modules are working fine with my Gigabyte G41M-Combo board.
I have tried putting different RAM modules in different slots both individually and together.
Due to this my system restarted 3-4 times and i got my OS - Win 7 64bit - crashed.
I dunn know whether i can continue booting further.
Please Help me out.
Thanks,
Viral
