Intel motherboard for cpu ocing

Hey, the store im buying from has all the parts i need, but this is the only the oly P67 motherboard they have. is it sufficient for oc'ing as far as possible with an i5 2500k w/o an aftermarket cpu cooler? and is it just an ok motherboard in general? the price is $145 AUD. INTEL DP67DE B3 DESKTOP MOTHERBOARD

    but it still overclocks sufficiently?
