Intel motherboard for cpu ocing

Hey, the store im buying from has all the parts i need, but this is the only the oly P67 motherboard they have. is it sufficient for oc'ing as far as possible with an i5 2500k w/o an aftermarket cpu cooler? and is it just an ok motherboard in general? the price is $145 AUD. INTEL DP67DE B3 DESKTOP MOTHERBOARD

It's about as basic as you can get. If they want your business, they will get you what you want, not force you into what they have.
