What is the difference between the two because they came back in stock, but why are they cheaper

The only difference is the corsair are low profile. If you have some interference issues with your video card, then get the corsair. But if you don't, the gskill will work just as well. They both operate at 1.5v; both have timings of 9-9-9-24. I use 4 sticks of gskill ripjaws 1333 in my system, and they work fine. If you have 4 ram slots, I suggest you get 2 kits while they're on sale and sell your old ram on craigslist.
