Video graphics card download for sims 3

Hi i own a netbook acer, i just downloaded sims 3 and it says i need a video graphics card. Please i need your help on how and where to get one or how to dowload one. Everything is appreciated

You can't "download" a graphic card, if your netbook is not good enough to play a game then you'll have to either get a new one that is good enough or get a proper PC.
