Is 300W PSU enough for this build?

I would want a 350 or so and a good name brand you don't want a cheap psu dying and taking you stuff with it.

It's a cheapey off of an old Compaq. I'm guessing it's not going to work, but it's a HP P/N 5188-2625 (says max output: 300w). I just stripped the computer and was wondering if it would work. If not, that's cool.
