Need good HD video card medium price range

Have Intel GMA4500 integrated video. From reading forum opines, know it is not good. Need good HD video card that can run on 300 watt power supply. Is that possible? Or do I have to replace that too? Thanks

After I asked for assistance, I found out I didn't use proper format. I did not expect a reply. This is great news. Thanks for the advice. I picked up a refurb Intel quad core HP pc from NewEgg runs really efficient and cool. Everything is good except for the 300 w psu and the intel integrated video card. Thanks again for your help.
