Build Best Computer for $1350

I would like to build the best system I can for $1350 or less for CPU only. I have someone with experience that will assemble it for $150 and I wanted to spend $1500 or less total. The person who would assemble it suggested that I purchase my components from Newegg. I would like to use the i7 processor and to run 3 monitors.

I appreciate all advice and suggestions. I can wait for 4-6 weeks to purchase the components if this will allow me to get a better deal.
