Quality-wise I'm not too sure depends on what you plan to use it for.

Compatibility-wise everything checks out and looks like you did your homework :)

However Rosewill is a decent manufacturer of Power Supplies but I wouldn't use them for anything more than a backup power supply. I've had a 1000w PSU from Rosewill and it went bad in 1.5 years which was decent but if you want a reputable power supply look out for an Antec, Corsair, or Thermaltake brand. Goodluck on your build :)

I wouldn't go with the thermaltake brand, but I would go with Seasonic, Antec, or Corsair and a reasonable case. The storm scout is pretty good, I think.

I like my case and my PSU, you could look into those if you like.

Rosewill is a PSU brand that is usually just tolerated at best if it comes for free. Most people wouldn't choose it on purpose or suggest it for someone if it wasn't free.

This one is from the best brand there is, has 50w more, and costs even less after shipping and mail in rebate is factored in.

- Edit - Oh and it has much more juice on the 12v rail where you need it, 53a for the Seasonic vs 42a for the Strider, and 5% more efficient (85% vs 80% minimums). Bigger fan also means the Seasonic will be quieter.

- Edit 2 - Not sure what the Strider manufacturer was thinking with the PCIE power cables either, 3x 6 pin and 1x 6+2 pin. Can't be used for 2 video cards that use 8 pin connectors at all, unlike the Seasonic with 2x 6 and 2x 6+2.
