My main concern is if the PSU I might buy will work for the entire system.
I also plan to try to unlock the 4th core.

That PSU will be fine as you are using one GPU. No mention of a hard drive, but the rest looks fine. Samsung Spinpoint F3 is a popular choice for a spindle drive...

Just to give you a heads up, unlocking the 4th core is a gamble (mine wasn't stable). So don't base your purchase expecting a quad core. Also I would say bump up to a 5770 it is worth the couple extra bucks.
