Just want to know if it will run

My main concern is if the PSU I might buy will work for the entire system.
I also plan to try to unlock the 4th core.

That PSU will be fine as you are using one GPU. No mention of a hard drive, but the rest looks fine. Samsung Spinpoint F3 is a popular choice for a spindle drive...

Just to give you a heads up, unlocking the 4th core is a gamble (mine wasn't stable). So don't base your purchase expecting a quad core. Also I would say bump up to a 5770 it is worth the couple extra bucks.

ah, I left that out because I plan on using the hard drive i had from my old comp.

Yes it'll run but there are certainly better options for the same if not a few bucks more.
