I have not built a system in years, but now I am going to treat myself. I was hoping to stay around $2000 and came up with this configuration. There are multiple discounts, rebates and such involved, but this is the final pricing.

I am looking for feedback from the forum pros.

The motherboard and cpu combo feels pricey for me.. And with Sandy Bridge out and roaring, I'd personally recommend you to opt for that.. Also, skip on the GTX 480.. Go for a GTX 570 instead (similar performance and a lesser power draw).. I'll also recommend a better case such as the Storm Sniper.. Also opt for a modular PSU such as a XFX 750W Black Edition.. If you've future SLI plans then grab the 850W model..
