Upgrading option when buying new pc

I'm planning on buying an HP dv7t with options to customize, I can keep the standard: Intel(R) HD Graphics [HDMI, VGA] - For Dual Core Processors OR I can upgrade to 512MB ATI Mobility Radeon(TM) HD 5470 switchable graphics [HDMI, VGA] - For Dual Core Processors for $75.00 OR 1GB ATI Mobility Radeon(TM) HD 5650 Graphics [HDMI, VGA] - For Quad Core Processors for $150.00

Now will not be doing any hardcore gaming, or hardly any gaming at all ... my extent of use for this computer will be move watching and picture editing. Is it of value to upgrade at all? How do they compare?

just watching movies and picture editing? no gaming at all? Then get the cheapest one from options above...
