Task bar items moving around windows 7

My task bar items are moving around by themselves and it is becoming annoying. I have locked the task bar but that does not stop them moving around for no reason. PLEASE can someone help me solve this. I have a set order and a few files I keep open that I work from every day and I really need it to stop. Thank you

Sounds like a virus if you are absolutely sure that its locked and still moving around I would complete a full virus scan:

Its not a Virus. I have only had the computer a couple of days and from what I have heard this is happening to quite a few people and not un common. No one seems to be know how to resolve it. Thank you though.
