Soundcard for Asus P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 and SLI

Hello there,

I'm building a new system for christmas and I'm stuck with one thing I'm unsure of.

I want to get a Asus P8Z68-V PRO GEN3 and 2 GTX 570's running in SLI.

What soundcard should I get? I though of either an

Asus Xonar D1
or
Creative SB X-Fi Xtreme Gamer

Is there enough slots for them? With the SLI and 2 thick graphic cards?

Why do you need a sound card? Stock sound cards on Asus Z68 Motherboards are good already

Yes nowaday build-in soundchips are pretty decent but you can't use EAX with one of those. (or atleast I have problems activating it in most games with the Realtec HD chip I have now).
