Which power supply should I buy?

I'm looking into purchasing a new power supply because I'm slowly upgrading my PC. I can't afford to just build a PC at the moment. I'm looking to eventually get a better Graphics card but I currently cannot because of how low my power supply is and other things. I currently have 3 Power supplies I was looking at and figured were the best choices for me.I would also love if you could throw out some other things I would need to get a better Graphics card for my computer.

Could anyone suggest which one is better, or suggest a better power supply? and like I said, could you supply other things I will also need to add to my list of things to upgrade? thanks a bunch.

Either one of these are good units for the price in the 650W range.

Depending on your needs most gpu's don't require that much power.
Especially your rig that can only utilize one gpu x16.
You could get away with a good 450-550W.
