Can t get the right password

Hello,
I refigured my broadband and now i can not get the network password. I have tried the different things that i thought was right,but we can not log in. It is active because we can pick it up, but cant get on.

If you "refigured it" you may not have a password if you didn't create one.
But if you know how to "refigure" you just go back in and look at the password.
