Difference in these PSU's?

Solution
The HX has semi modular(removable cables. The ATX, cpu power and 2 PCI-E connectors are part of the unit, all other cables can be added or removed) cables.

The TX would also seem to use a smaller(120mm fan vs the 140 of the HX)

This makes it easier for some users to manage cables in the case.

The HX series in Modular. That means you connect the power cables that you need to the power supply, and the rest you set aside. The HX series also has a better power rating of 80+ silver, which means its at least 2% more efficient across the board than the TX model you linked.
