Hello i have saved up $1,000 to build a computer for my girl friend.
The computer will only need 1 graphics card. She will be playing wow and listing to music.
I will not be over clocking.

Parts I already have
F3 Samsung 500g HD, and windows 7 64bit. Also for now ill be hooking up my logitec z-5500 speakers to this computer.

Parts i think i need.
Cpu - Intel Core i5-2500
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115073

The reason i pick the i5-2500 and not the 2500k is cause i will not be over clocking so i dont need the 2500k right?

GPU - EVGA GTX 570
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130593

PSU - CORSAIR CMPSU-650TX 650W
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139005

I Dont know much about PSU so if you think there is somthing better out there for me plz let me know.

Ram - G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231303

Case - Antec DF-35
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129088

I have had a antec 300 case before i really liked it, this case looks nice to me but im a noob here.

Motherboard - I Have not decided on a board yet I am thinking this 1
ASUS P8P67 LE
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131687

If somone could plz give me a hand here and let me know what i can do to improve this build i would appreciate it.
Thx

If your not overclocking, Crossfiring/SLI then you could go with a H67 motherboard and 1333mhz RAM to save some cash, just a though.

The rest of the stuff seems fine, I myself don't know too much about PSU's but Corsair is one the brands that are seen as reliable.

Just my 2 cents, Someone will be able to give better answer then me :p

She's your GF yes and not your wife ? Then don't be breaking the bank so to say. :non: Wive's get +$100 cases, gf's get quality cases that cool well with plenty of room for sub $100. ;)

Ok just wounder what exactly is unlocking the multipier do for the 2500k?

Also why would i get the H67 MB if im getting a video card just woundering.

Haha and i dont mind getting that case haha its going to be sitting in my room so its got to look cool. haha anyways the DF35 really looks like a nice case.

The H67 doesn't o/c sans the reason it's cheaper.
