I just build me a new system, but when I play games everything works fine for a few minutes then it crash. I hear a strange sound on the speakers then the screen turn black as if the computer is off (everything still running though) and then the graphics card's fan run very fast, this all happens in about 2 seconds. Here is the system:
Mobo: MSI 790GX G65
CPU: Phenom IIx4 965 @ 3.4GHz
RAM: Apacer DDR3 1333Mhz 2x2GB
Graphics: MSI R6870 Afterburner
HDD: WD Caviar Black 1TB
PSU: Proline 500w

Please give advice, this system is 2days old.

First suspect, PSU insufficient.....; load 'should' be only 306 watts when gaming, but, throw in a 125 watt quad core, and your PSU might not be capable of supplying enough power to gpu from it's 5v rail during intense games...

Best bet is a name brand OCZ/Corsair/ThermalTake PSU of at least 650 watts....
