How is GIGABYTE GA-Z68P-DS3 /2.1 for a i5 2500k?

Hey Guys, i am going to build a new rig with i5 2500k and found this motherboard a little interesting, personally i woulld like to go with a Asrock Z68 extreme 3 or 4 but its not available in my country, so found this one a more suitable with a similar price, Please help me understand is that a good board, following are my specs:-

Intel Core i5 2500K Sandy Bridge
Motherboard------Not yet decided :)
Corsair Vengeance 2X4GB Single Module DDR3 Kit CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9
Corsair CWC H50 Liquid Cooler for CPUs
WD AV-GP 1TB SATA 3 Gb/s Desktop Hard drive
MSI GTX 560Ti Twin Frozr OC
PSU: Cooler Master RS-520
Case: Cooler Master Storm Scout
LG DVD/RW

I have this specific motherboard (rev 1.0 although 2.1 is already out) and the only issue I have is that I can't run it with all 4 RAM slots populated. It'll randomly hang the system and sometimes won't even power on. 3 sticks of RAM is OK! RMA'ed the board, the RAM and even the CPU to no avail!

Yea, I also got the rev1 and all slot are working great (4x4 gskill 1600 Z)
