what is the the safest voltage when i undervolt my x4 955be?

Does undervolting can do damage to cpu ?

i tried 1.27v and run prime 95 for 1 hour and it is stable i think...

What's the point?

Anyway, you have the right idea. You can just keep trying to lower it and stress test for stability. Only I'd caution that 1 hour may not be enough to fully test stability but it's ok. If you get to a point it's unstable, increase it and test for a few hours at least on small FFT to maximize CPU stress.

As for damage, no, undervolting can't damage it.
