Monitor + ATI

Hia guys I got GIGABYTE HD 4770 512MB GDDR5 Graphics Card and I buy Samsung BX2231 LED monitor with d-sub and 2 HDMI.
Graphic card got dual DVI and I connect GC with monitor via DVI - HDMI cabel. I got 2cm left and right and 1cm up and down black area and my screen resolution is set to max. Monitor does not give auto ajust option or picture streach(posible because of digital conection) I change ATI driver to newest 1 10-10 and also I installed monitor drivers... got Win7 x64 ...
Can any1 help me streach my display not to have black areas or it is impossible?
