Connecting ethernet cables

Hi

I live in a three story house our router needs to be moved to the top of the house buying a cable long enough is proving expensive I have 2 shorter cable which could do the job is there anyway of connecting the 2 cables together ie a connector block

Yip there is a RJ45 connector box, just check at your nearest IT store heres a Image.
