Hi my friend is going to be building a new computer and he is willing to give me his old video card. What I have right now is the ATI Radeon HD 4850 and he is willing to give me the XFX Radeon hd 4850. Could anyone tell me if his is better in anyway and why? Or are they the same? I could not line up the specs but if anyone can that would be very helpful.

same card. the xfx (if registered in the USA) has a lifetime warranty on it.

you can always build a crossfire set up with the cards if you want to.
