Hi guys,
I've been doing a spot of upgrading recently and next on the agenda is a new mobo!
So my current system consists of:
AMD Athlon II x4 2.6ghz (O/C to just over 3ghz)
8GB DDR2 Ram
MSI GTX 560ti OC edition
Ive just upgraded my PSU (well im about to, it hasnt arrived yet ). If its relevant, it's a 600w Corsair unit.
I'm here asking for advice as I've never bought a standalone motherboard before and Im not sure whats good and whats not.
My requirements are:
Needs to accomodate another GTX 560 ti, I want 2 in sli. I will also be buying 16GB Corsair vengenace ram, 4x4gb (again maybe irrelevant what ram I get, but may as well inform you as it may help). My current processor I believe is AM3 compatible, so I will be using this until I get that upgraded (next on the list). That's about it really. I don't want to spend much more than £80, but will if I need to!
Let me know if you need more info!
thanks in advance!
