Xfx 4890 fan making clicking sound?

I have a XFX 4890 and when ever i turn on my computer its starts making like a cllicking sound and its really loud. I am not sure how to fix this, Any help?

It's most likely the cooling fan. You can take it out and clean it with compressed air, and see if there's anything interfering with the fan. Other than that, you can replace the cooler with an aftermarket one.
