MSI Nvidia geforce 9800GT- Video driver failure, please help

Hi I just installed my new MSI Nvidia Geforce 9800GT and i updated the drivers, However: Everytime I start a game the game plays for a few minutes and then it fails and i get a message stating that my video driver has failed for an unknown reason and has successfully recovered, now below i have pasted the actual error message from microsoft error report, can anyone help me?

Roll back the drivers to the previous version and see if that cures the problem.
It is not uncommon that the latest drivers cause problems that the original drivers supplied with the card do no have.
