My screen is scrambling is it the video card?

Hello,
My screen is scrambling and i believe it is the video card because the monitor works on a different tower. How can i fix this?

If you're getting scrambled images, your video card is more than likely bad. If it's overclocked, I'd suggest resetting it to default. If that's not the problem, check the GPU temperatures. If that's not the problem, you likely need a new video card.

An unstable OC may also have caused this,so revert back your CPU to stock speeds(if its OC'd)
Also post your full system specs.
