So I put together a PC about 3 years ago with the following

XFX Nvidia 780i mb
Nvidia GeForce 8800 GTS
Intel Q6660 Quad
2x2 Corsair xms2 800mhz ram
650w PSU

Anyway my computer always worked fine I recently moved into a new case to improve cooling/space and with that upgraded my vcard and ram

Nvidia GeForce 560ti
4x2 Corsair xms2 800mhz ram

Half the time my PC will work completely fine, but some times I get several failed posts with a steady beep and no video. When I do get it to boot up I says please reset your cpu and memory voltages in Bios. I have overclocked my CPU which the voltages are adjusted on auto on a 780i (very convenient). I have not touched the Memory voltages (also on auto). I recieved this error before I overclocked my cpu so it's not that I ignored it at the time. I removed the two new sticks I purchased and it seems to be working ok. Is the ram DOA or is there an adjustment I can make
