Ok guys, listen to me. Stay AWAY From this monitor... ignore any reviews saying that it is good, seriously.

I have been sent 3 models by viewsonic RMA now, all have the same problem, blurriness about 2 inches to the right off the screen from the left side.

I have tested it on nvidia cards, ati cards, different computers, different locations in the house, different houses.... all have the same problem in the same place... no matter what resolution or refresh rate you are using.
trust me
stay away from this monitor

viewsonic is sending me a normal p95f now, so hopefully that will work... if not ill buy a sony or a samsung 900nf
any questions email me

A follow up post:

Viewsonic was nice enough to replace the p95f+ with a different model of theirs, and the replacement model is amazing... absolutely clear everywhere (cept the corners a lil bit, but thats AG for ya)

colors in tests werent quite as nice as the p95f+, but the replacement monitor displayed in game colors alot more vividly and accurate than the p95f+ did even though it performed better in tests... comparing the two on dual monitors, the p95f+ looked quite alot better in Displaymate, but the image looked really washed out compared to the other model in gaming.

p95f+ is defective. Viewsonic knows this, they dont care to fix it cuz hey, the avg consumer doesnt notice it.

buy a different model.

Hmm. I had/have a a90f+ & didn't notice it. It blew on me though. Right now I'm getting a new one shipped to me from Best Buy & will arrive on Tues. I will defiantly check this out for sure.

What did you use to do the test you talked about? I'm going to be way fussy with the next one for sure, especially after reading this thread.

I'm still learning & having fun doing it!! Trouble comes with the things you forget or overlook along the way that make it not so fun!!

I got my monitor RMA form UPS today & would really like to know what you tested yours with to check out my monitor with. You made the statement.

If it ain't broke, take it apart & see why not!

the best thing to do is put a bunch of ======= in a txt file, and put the point size to like 10... and just look at the screen in different areas...

u can notice the faultyness of the p95f+ easily by doing this.

I was just given a P95f+ and yes indeed it is blurry about 2" in from the left side of the screen...... strange.

mine has been great except for it randomly goes through the 3 brightness mode all by itself. then, at times it leaves the blue box with the mode on the screen until it switches modes on its own. i can stop this by holding the left button, but the blue box won't go away, and i'm missing a hand. this could easily cause seizures if you're susceptible to those.

doubt there's anything to fix on this.
