Mac address was invalid in both cmos and flash!

this show when i start the computer. but i dont know what to do? i have format it but is the same. can you help me pleas as soon as you can because i ned it please. i am waiting a answer

I'm confused...you're changing your MAC address? Is there a reason you're doing this?

no i am not changin that i am just formmating the pc but show that message on screen

...Bad RAM? Its possible that bad RAM could be causing the MAC address to be read wrong. Aside from that, I don't know...

What is the make and model of the motherboard?

Have you tried entering the BIOS Setup and choosing Load BIOS Defaults then Save & Exit Setup?
