Need cheap gpu

Hey guys I'm looking for a cheap gpu for my dad's computer. I'm really limited to what I can get because its an hp with a 300w psu that i dont really want to replace unless its completely necessary. The other specs are a p4 2.8 cpu, 750ish mb of ram. Some Im looking at something around $30-50 for a 1280x1024 resolution. The only game he plays is pro evolution soccer 2010. It'd be cool to be able to turn all specs to max, but with the psu limiting what I can put in there Im not sure. Thanks for the help.

Does it have a PCI-Express slot, or is he still stuck on AGP?

It looks like a pcie last time i looked, but ill try to find it online so i can verify

No idea, ill have to check when im back home this weekend, but im pretty sure its pcie. Dont they look different tan agp?

Carefull with this one, I had an HP DC 7600 ultra slim, (I think), had (technically) a pcie slot. But would only accept a particular card from SiI.

It had 1 free pcie-x16 slot.

The psu is 300w, 19A on the 12 rail i believe.
