Need help on build

I am putting together a machine with a i5 680 and a gigabyte h55m-usb3. I am looking for a good quality(and good warranty on the ram) 4g ddr3 set and psu. There are so many option and I just want to know whats good for around $50 each. I'm not going to overclock right away but may in the future. What do you guys think will work best?
