No post on new system

I have done the troubleshooting checklist on the sticky everything is good there but still no post everything powers fine. But no post or video display.

AS Rock Deluxe3 - Mobo
XFX 5850 1GB x2 - video cards (part no. hd-585x-zafc)
Rosewill 1000w PSU (RBR1000-m)
AMD Phenom II x6 1090T black edition
G.Skill Ripjaw 1333 (2x4GB)
ASUS Multi DVD Burner
OCZ 32GB Onyx series SSD
640GB Western Digitial Calviar Black SATA III (WD6402AAEX)
Cooler Master Storm Scout Mid Tower

My video cards have two 6 pin power connectors. I have tried both cards individually with 1 and 2 power pins connects and in different slots Mobo indicate first PCIe slot 1 for one card and instruction in video card says it needs 2 power pins. but i have tried it both way. Help me out guys. Thanks in advance.

Also yesterday I setup a build using the same mobo and CPU Radeon 6970s (x2) and 1 tb WD claviar black with no problems at all

No it was an antec 1000 watt mobo CPU and ram all the same though

^ If possible try to use that PSU with this build and check,...
With the Rosewill are the fans spinning ? Did you try the 5850 with that build ?

The other build is a friends I built for them. I also have no reason to think it is the PSU as everything seems to be get power all fans are spinning, everything looks to be getting power.
