Hello,
Trying to install Win7 64-BIT on this board and the install hangs at the "Boot from CD/DVD" screen. Hardware checks out on another system and two different sets of memory tested separately on another system work fine. Please help.

It's a legitimately purchased Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate OEM disc that I bought along with the board to build my new system.

Understood. The symptoms you describe are common with downloaded (legal and illegal) versions as well. The problem in that case is a bad burn, something that can be corrected by using a slower burning process.

In your case, I suggest you disable all non-essential hardware (sound, LAN, parallel and serial ports, etc) and attempt again. Sounds like your system is hanging on identifying a piece of hardware.

That being said, what are your system basic specs?
