New build i7 2600k

I need help picking a psu, my budget is pretty tight from wat I have atm, but it is like $3500aud haha, but the build includes screen, comp build and keyboard.
I am getting this build for gaming, rendering, video editing, ( i am studying video, and 3d stuff)
I am trying to think of a psu which would run with the following:
(if u have any other thoughts on the build or what ever, please do tell any advice is good!)

Comp is air cooled btw

Case- Antec Dark Fleet DF-85 Case
1x- Antec TriCool LED Fan 120mm Red
PSU- "Antec Signature Series SG-850W PSU????" heard it runs good.... but
CPU- Intel Core i7-2600K Processor
Motherboard- ASUS P8P67 Deluxe Motherboard (1155 socket) default... i wish to get the ASUS Maximus
Cooler- CoolerMaster V6GT CPU Cooler
RAM- Corsair Vengeance CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3
Primary HD- 1x- Corsair Force Series 120GB SSD
Secondary HD- 1x- 2TB Samsung
VGA (graphics) Card- EVGA GeForce GTX 580 SuperClocked
Optical Drive- Samsung Blu-Ray Combo 12x
