2600K for graphics - need advice

Hello, I'm new in here.
I'm about to buy whole new platform and I was thinking about 1366 and i7 950 because of its tri channel RAM but I've noticed that i7 2600K would be more efficient for my purposes (PS cs5, Adobe Premiere, 3ds Max, Blender). So could you please give me some advice about this config?

-Western Digital Black 500GB 7200rpm 32MB cache SATA600
-Samsung BD-ROM Combo SH-B123L x8 SATA (black)

*Is this RAM compatible?
*What about PSU - will it be enough if I put additional GTX470 in SLI ?
*Are SATA III HDD much faster than SATA II in RAID 0 ?

Ram should work
I suggest Antec, Corsair or Seasonic over chieftec and I would recommend 800-850watt for the SLI setup although 750 watts is enough. http://www.anandtech.com/show/4061/amds-radeon-hd-6970-radeon-hd-6950/24
Theoretical the SATA III is.
