Graphics card help

hi was looking for some advice on what graphics card i can up grade to on my hp its a compaq dc 7100 with an intergrated card
but the card is totaly usless for gaming need advice on whant one to buy

Looking at the specs of your machine it requires a low profile card so that limits you to the mid range at best. As it is a Pentium 4 and the PSU is very average you just want a budget card either NVIDIA or RADEON. Dont invest in any more than that. You really need a new machine if you want a gaming machine that can deal with any modern games at all.

Also remember that the agp/pci-e slot will only give you 41.8/75w from the cpq 200/240/340w psu, so you best off looking for a card that doesn't come with external power requirements as your psu will probably not have enough oomph.

thanks im not very good with pc fixing use the net mostly can u suggest a nvidia card or radion so i wont go out and buy the wrong one

well wouldent whant to spend a fortune on a pc that i bought for 50 quid
