CD/DVD Drivers First Boot Issue.

Hello,
I recently built a PC and planned on loading Windows 7 on it, but as I went to the install the OS, the install manager said there were drivers missing for the CD/DVD device. The same device I used to load the install files. I've looked around for drivers for my drive(Samsung SH-B123) To no avail.
I also tried borrowing my friends external DVD drive to load the install from there, but had the same problem.
Does that make it a Motherboard issue?

bios setting see if cd/dvd drive show and put it first boot to install win 7

Yeah, The Bios sees it and installs from it first. The problem is in the install.

check cd or dvd for defect
