It doesnt look like ncix carries the spinpoint f3, but this is a good alternative http://ncix.com/products/?sku=36050&vpn=ST3500418AS&manufacture=Seagate&promoid=1276
I would recommend these hdd's because they run on 500gb platters, they are much faster then the hd you have selected.

I was actually considering that drive originally, however I found out that Seagate drive has a higher Failure rate then the WD drive.
I am still struggling to decide on my hard drive. its Speed (Seagate) vs Reliability (WD)

The cooler should be fine as the I5 2500K runs quite cool
and I really don't see the need to have an 850W PSU.
a 650W PSU can run a i7 980X and two GTX 460s fine

I really wish I could get the HAF-922 but it is out of my budget range. is there another case around 50-60$ you would reccomend?

HAF 912 is best option your build is great
The SCMG-2100 does cool better than the 212+ but since SB runs cool anyway its only worth it for over 5ghz
