Mobo to case sound problem

Hey, I have an ASUS P8Z68-V Motherboard and a rosewell armor computer case. I have the sound pins all connected but when I plug in headphones they only play out of one ear, i have tested with different headphones and I get the same result, any ideas?

Check the front panel connector - use the HD connector not the AC97 connector.
