Sudden FPS Drop

I came back from a long vaca and thought my comp deserved a nice cleaning. So I took the HD's, sound card, graphics card, and cpu heatsink out and dusted them all off with canned air. Now after putting everything back in, when ever I run a video program (whether it be that very popular site to watch videos, or WoW, there will be these fps drops. I mean I'll have 60fps then it will drop down to 3 fps just for a moment, then peak back up. Mind you, this was not occurring before the cleaning. Any idea of what could be causing this? Thanks! -Ben
