Around $1000 Workstation&Gaming desktop

Hello, I'm planning to buy a new computer as workstation and gaming.

Approximate Purchase Date: This week

Budget Range: Around $1000. few hundred dollar more is fine

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Programming, Gaming, Internet, digital painting

Parts Not Required: OS

Preferred Website(s) for Parts:

Country of Origin: US

Parts Preferences: No preference

Overclocking: No

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe

Monitor Resolution: 1280x1024 and above

Additional Comments: I would love a quiet PC because current one i'm using is tearing my ears off :(

Note that this has SATA 6GB/s and USB3.0, but is a basic board, well as you wont be overclocking, I doubt it would matter, also no Crossfire or SLI but going with a single powerful card would be better if not intense gaming...
